The IRS didn’t pick up your call? An IRS tax attorney can help you!

We all know how important communication is. Without it, assumptions abound, leaving everybody involved misunderstood, underrepresented and over-frustrated. With small matters between occasional acquaintances, communication isn’t that big of a deal, but when it comes to larger matters, like ones with the IRS, it matters a lot. Basically, when it comes to any matters involving your personal cash flow, communication is your best friend. Which leads us to the next disturbing sentence: The IRS hung up on 8.8 million taxpayers this year, increasing their “courtesy disconnects” by 1,500 percent from the previous year. Yes, you read that correctly. In 2014, the “courtesy disconnect” was only at 544,000 and jumped to the aforementioned 8.8 million. A “courtesy disconnect” is used when the IRS switchboard is overloaded and cannot handle the calls.
